SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 days. Processing time begins after your order and payment have been confirmed.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Estimated transit time to the United States is typically 10–18 business days after dispatch. Including order processing, the total estimated delivery time is approximately 13–25 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING DELAYS

If we are unable to dispatch your order within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate. You may agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
